Pick a business
Every business in the catalog below, with what the job actually is in one line. Two you can buy today. For the rest, the honest answer is that they are not built yet.
Two are open today — the rest get built in the order people ask for them.

One operator per city. When a city is taken it is taken, and the availability checker on that product's own site will tell you so before you pay.
The site, the documents, the training, the tools. You operate under your own business name and keep what you collect.
These are not franchises and not business opportunities. You get no licence to our brand, you pay no royalty and no franchise fee, and we exercise no control over how you operate.
Sorted into six plates. An entry is either open today, in line to be built, or a website you can buy for a business you already run. Nothing here is a projection.

This records that you want a specific business in a specific city. It is not a purchase, not a deposit, and not a reservation — nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.
Screenshots of the running platforms, not renderings of them. Click either one, check a city, and read the operator agreement before you spend anything.

There is no third screenshot here yet, because there is no third finished platform. When one gets built it will appear in this row, and not before.
Everything else. Twenty-seven entries in the catalog are either a website or a line you can join. None of them is pictured as though it exists.
A city is one row.
A row is written once.
It cannot be written twice.
The checker reads that row.
Exclusivity is only worth something if it is written down somewhere you can check. For the two businesses that are open, that row already exists, and the availability checker on each of their sites reads it. That is the whole mechanism — there is no bidding, no renewal auction, and no tier that buys you more of the map.
For everything else in the catalog there is nothing to check yet, because there is nothing built. So instead we write down who asked, and for which town. When enough people ask for the same business, that is the one that gets built next — and the people who asked get the first offer on their own city before it is listed publicly.
It does not mean you would be the only person in town allowed to do the work. We cannot grant that and nobody can. Anyone is free to run their own sales, and other companies may operate near you. What you get is exclusivity within the platform, and the tools and training that come with it.
Waiting counts appear only above three. A registry that says one person is waiting argues against the thing it is meant to evidence, and an invented number would be worse than either. Below that, this section carries the mechanism on its own.
I'm Jason Vega. I build these platforms myself — the software, the documents, the training — and I answer the email. Kingdom Creatives LLC is me and a small company, not a franchise with a call centre. If you write, it is me who writes back.
Two of them are finished and running: estatesalebiz.com and garagesalebiz.com. You can click into both right now, check whether your city is free, and read the whole operator agreement before you spend a dollar. That is the entire track record, and I would rather show you two real ones than list twenty-nine I have not built.
What I do not do. I do not find your clients, book your jobs, or run your business. I do not tell you what to charge, and I make no claim about what you will earn. Some operators never book a job. You could lose money on this. It is a set of tools and a protected patch of ground, not a job offer.
Twenty-three trades, twenty-three sites already built. Pick the one closest to yours and it gets rebuilt under your name, your colours, and your service area. This is a website, not a territory — no exclusivity, no city, no registry.
The site white-labelled to your business name, colours and contact details. Domain connected, lead form to your inbox, owner admin panel, setup guide.
Everything above, plus content and section edits, social ad graphics, email and flyer graphics, and thirty days of support.
Ongoing edits and priority support. Optional, cancel any time. New features and new modules are real development, so those get scoped and quoted separately.
We will not answer that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. It depends on your town, how many jobs you book, and how hard you work. Some operators never book a job. You could lose money on this. What we can tell you is the mechanics — what the software does, what the documents say, and what the price is.
No. You operate under your own business name, keep every dollar you collect, and pay no royalty. We exercise no control over how you work. There is no franchise fee because there is no franchise, and it is not a business opportunity either.
A row in a table saying you want a specific business in a specific city, and one email confirming it. That is all it is. It is not a reservation and it does not hold your city — there is nothing to hold yet. If that business gets built, you get the first offer on your city before it is listed publicly.
In the order people ask for them, which is the honest answer rather than a roadmap with dates on it. Each of these takes months to build properly, and I build them one at a time. If nobody asks for one, I will not build it.
For some of these, yes, and it varies enormously by state and city. Where we know a business commonly needs one, the catalog entry says so — but you must check the rules where you live and comply with them yourself. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or insurance advice.
Because a territory would be selling you something we cannot deliver. Plumbing, electrical, heating and air, roofing and general contracting are licensed trades — the licence already decides who can work in your town, so exclusivity from a software vendor would add nothing. Others depend on a shop, a chair, or a particular person. Those we sell as a website, which is the part we can actually hand over.
